1923

- Conversion to A.C. current was completed.

- Second battery of cement storage silos were added by Arkansas Bridge Company.

1925

- 1.75 miles of railroad and a railroad bridge crossing the Neosho River were completed.

1926

- Ten more cement storage silos and six rock and shale storage silos were constructed under the supervision of W.P. Snyder, Monarch staff.

1929

- Installated a 4,000 K.W. General Electric turbine and generator.
